We will pay service providers (a) $1k - $3k upfront for each client that is signed and (b) 10% of the closing fee. For example, on a $2mm EBITDA business that is sold for $15 million (7.5x EBITDA), we will pay the referral partner $58k. Total fees would be $2k upfront + $58k upon closing = $60k total referral fees.
Many large firms do this with their banking partners and we want to work with small and mid-tier firms to do the same.
We prefer to work with businesses that have more than $2 million in EBITDA. The simple reason is there are more buyers and a larger buyer universe that we know. We can give you a quick valuation based on company fundamentals and history. Our valuations are free.
If you refer such clients to us, we would pay you the same as we pay our service providers.
If you received an offer to sell your business for a specified price, let us help you get a higher price. We would be open to working within a short time frame to get you higher offers from interested parties.
We would only get paid if we are successful upon closing.
